Administrative Assistant

New York Physicians is seeking to recruit an administrative assistant. The administrative assistant is to provide administrative and operational assistance for an internal medicine physician.  The applicant is responsible for managing the physician's practice, patient and physician communication, managing practice relationship with third parties and agencies.  

Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a professional and polished presentation and the ability to work independently under pressure.  Candidates with private practice experience or hospitality experience is a plus.

Licensed Practical Nurse

New York Physicians is seeking a LPN to provide clinical support for internal medicine/allergy practice. The LPN is responsible for collection of selected patient data and inputting it into electronic health record.  LPN must be able to perform phlebotomy, injections and EKGs.  Candidates must have private practice or hospital experience, insurance expertise, and possess excellent patient relation skills, interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a professional and polished presentation and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
