We are pleased to announce that Dr. Paul C. McCullough joins New York Physicians in March 2017. He specializes in internal medicine with a focus on adult ambulatory care. He is further trained in Pulmonary Medicine with expertise in tuberculosis (diagnosis, treatment and control) and diagnosis of respiratory disorders. After graduating from Rice University, Dr. McCullough received his medical degree from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency and fellowship in Pulmonary Disease at New York/Presbyterian Hospital. He holds a Masters Degree in Public Health from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health with a focus on health policy and management. He is a Fellow of The American College of Physicians. Previously, Dr. McCullough practiced internal, pulmonary and critical care medicine in Ridgewood, New Jersey at Prospect Medical Offices and The Valley Hospital. He then served as a City Medical Specialist IV for the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Tuberculosis (TB) Control Program, functioning as Physician-in-Charge of the DOHMH’s Chelsea and Washington Heights Chest Centers, and as Medical Director of TB Control’s Regulatory Affairs program. Dr. McCullough’s most recent position was as a staff physician in adult ambulatory medicine with CompleteCare Health Network in southern New Jersey. While at New York Physicians, Dr. McCullough has been appointed as an Instructor in Internal Medicine and will have teaching duties at New York/Presbyterian Hospital.
